Step1、Go to the sales page and select the item that the customer wants.

Step2、After purchasing the goods, pay for them.

Step3、According to the needs of customers, you can choose different payment methods, or you can combine payment.

Step4、Use the sales list to manage the sales order , Select the order you want to view.

Step5、Refund can be initiated for paid orders. According to customer demand, the refund can be precise to the specific amount of the specific product.

Step6、After the refund, the sales order details page will display the relevant contents and also generate the order number for the refund order.

Step7、Click the refund number, you can click the jump to view the refund details.
